With thousands of miles of prestine beaches, the San Diego coastline is the perfect setting for a maternity portrait session. Beach maternity portraits are already gorgeous to begin with but when placed on a dreamy beach in La Jolla they just completely come to life.

I love photographing beach maternity sessions in San Diego! Despite what you may think at first, the beach offers a lot of variety when it comes to landscape. Particularly in La Jolla! The dramatic cliffs and the legendary Scripps Pier create an unmatching backdrop. Check out this gorgeous couple that is welcoming their first child this summer! I could not be more thrilled to capture these monumental portraits for them after having also photographed their wedding a couple of years ago!
