I love it when client's are open and comfortable enought to invite a photographer into their home. Sessions held in the client's living room or bedroom are always the most raw and the most sencere. This is where they can truly be themselves.

Newborn lifestyle portraits are based around capturing a brand new baby in his beautiful home surrounded by family. This is a "lifestyle" session because it is rarely posed or scripted.

As the photographer, I instruct my families to casually go about their day. To play with their children and snuggle their newborns. We aim to capture their true moments.

When little Sterling arrived his parents invited me into their gorgeous home to capture his first portraits. Their home was absolutely dreamy and full of love and light!

The boys did not need to be told twice to love on their little brother! They are clearly head over heels in love with 5 week old Sterling already!

I was only half kidding when I told this beautiful family that I will be pitching their photos to a Pottern Barn Catalogue!
